From “Problem-Solving” to Transformation In Personal Relationship
Topic
When one person within a relationship begins to discover new pathways for themself, new dimensions of self, new friendships and is attracted by new experiences, it may happen that what nourished them in the relationship previously doesn’t nourish them in the same way anymore. The shared spaces of togetherness and closeness can sometimes become fewer and further between. The relationship may begin to suffer. Sometimes on the pathway of togetherness and intimacy we find ourselves shutting down towards our partner and don’t really understand why. This can be because of our own need for healing and while it remains untouched it has a negative effect on our relationship.
Is it possible to recognise our wounds and needs and take responsibility for them within our relationship? Is it possible to grow within a relationship and for the relationship to make space for your growth? Is it possible for the relationship to grow so that it can welcome more and more of our authenticity? Is it possible that we can give this growing space to one another within relationship while maintaining the growing space for our closeness and intimacy? Is it possible to renew our trust in the relationship and in one another?
Workshop will include
an understanding of the psychophonetics principles of sustainable personal relationship. We will be working experientially, using: sensing, gesture, visualisation and sound, to deepen self awareness of the dynamics of intra-relationship (our internal relationship with ourself) and our inter-relating with others.
We will deepen our empathy with self, on the way to deepening our empathy with others. There will be opportunity for individual processing, group work and sharing.
Yehuda will demonstrate a psychophonetics process working with a couple or an individual who would like to work with the topic of relationship.
This work engages the imagination, intuition and inspiration of the self as well as the living intelligence of the body.

Why Psychophonetics
Psychophonetics is a process of awakening to one’s inner dynamics, empathising with them, understanding them, and creating an informed sense of order within. It allows us to explore, strengthen and mobilise the deep resources we bring with us into earthly life.
