Agenda
This taster session will focus on resourcing inner peace as a foundation for welcoming
the light within. It is offered as an introduction to a 6 week online course for parents and
carers where the following topics will be explored through drawing, journaling, guided
self processes and group sharing.
- Session – Introduction to the theme unique parenting – discovering inner resources
- Session – Conscious listening – step one in developing reflective empathy
- Session – Conscious listening – step two in developing inspirational empathy
- Session – Exploring reactions and the impact of these on our relationships
- Session – Developing empathy through movement “stepping into your child’s shoes”
- Session – Gratitude as a source of nourishment, replenishment and restoration
Lecturers
Mira is a curative educator, speech therapist and chirophonetic practitioner. She lives and works in Slovakia where she is an organiser of and lecturer for the School of Empathy.
Alongside counselling, Anne holds parent and child groups in Stroud, England and is trained and experienced as a Waldorf early years teacher, sensory integration screener and special needs educator.
