18 days to increase flexibility in the labor market, acquire conflict resolution and teamwork skills!
Target group – adults of all ages who want to increase their flexibility in the labor market, avoid burnout, want to acquire the skills of methodical empathy, conflict resolution and teamwork skills, develop their personal mission, authority and creativity. The prerequisite for admission to the course is the previous completion of the first half of the Basic Year of the School of Empathy.
program
It includes 3 x 5 days of intensive seminars ending with a final thesis and a 3-day seminar (a total of 18 days face-to-face or online), plus skills training twice a month (online)
- Each teaching day consists of 4 blocks, where the theoretical foundations of the methodology and mental phenomena are alternated with practical demonstrations, self-training of the method, either individually, in pairs or in a group, and supervision questions (according to the content of the specific seminar).
- One teaching day lasts from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
- Closed group – max. 25 students in a group.
- Seminars take place face-to-face (preferred) or online in justified cases (via Zoom)
- Training of acquired skills – work in small groups between seminars, 2 times a month for 3 hours online
- a total of 180 hours combined

Why Psychophonetics?
Psychophonetics is the main method of work in the School of Empathy, it is a practical method of self-knowledge, effective communication and self-management.
With the help of Psychophonetics, a person can see what is happening inside him, as if it were on the screen in front of him, and can make the necessary changes thanks to this.

- The seminar is conducted in English with a professional translation into Slovak.
- Meetings for skills training – date according to agreement, twice a month (3 hours online)
- By signing up for the course, the interested party also expresses his agreement with the cancellation conditions.
- The condition of admission is the previous completion of the first half of the Foundation Year of the School of Empathy.
