Finding joy in parenting
Topic
Start the New Year on a high note and discover how connecting to joy can uplift and transform your daily life, bringing renewed energy and positivity to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Together, we will:
- Strengthen communication skills
- Foster self-awareness and resilience
- Cultivate empathy for both yourself and your children
Experience has shown us that joy and wonder are essential for children’s healthy development as they awaken to the world and themselves.
We invite you to join us in exploring and understanding how consciously activating joy can support your journey as parents and carers. We offer this as an introduction to some of the methods we will work with in a 6 week online course for parents and carers
Lecturers
Mira is a curative educator, speech therapist and chirophonetic practitioner. She lives and works in Slovakia where she is an organiser of and lecturer for the School of Empathy.
Alongside counselling, Anne holds parent and child groups in Stroud, England and is trained and experienced as a Waldorf early years teacher, sensory integration screener and special needs educator.
Why Psychophonetics
Psychophonetics is a process of awakening to your inner dynamics as a parent, empathizing with your emotions and challenges, and understanding them on a deeper level. It helps create a sense of order within, allowing you to explore, strengthen, and harness the inner resources you bring to your parenting journey.
