The accelerated process of individuation which is happening in our world today, requires a conscious bridging across the growing divides in human connection. This methodical approach is based on the development of self empathy on the way to cultivating deeper empathy with others.
It can reduce stress, enhance health, mobilise inner resources, heal and evolve personal relationships, help with development of parenthood skills, management and leadership capacities and community building.
For counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical professionals and educators of all ages – Methodical Empathy can become both an enhancement of their existing professional skills and a process of sustainability, resilience and prevention of burnout.
Workshop will include
the introduction of the ideas and principles of Methodical Empathy as well as an experience of using this methodology in developing self empathy and empathy for others. We will work individually, in couples and as a group. Yehuda Tagar will demonstrate a psychophonetics process.
This work engages the imagination, intuition and inspiration of the self as well as the living intelligence of the body.
