ABOUT ME
When I was 27, for no apparent reason, my spiritual quest began. I discovered yoga, the teachings of Eduard Tomáš, and Igor Chaun’s sentence stuck with me: “Friends, everything is different.” I wanted to find out how the world and life actually are.
I went on a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela, started practicing Buddhist meditation until it led me to a psycho-spiritual crisis in Thailand. After returning, I returned to my original profession as a programmer, but it soon took a toll on my health in the form of anxiety and depression. I had to leave my job, but that’s when I learned about Psychophonetics. Something told me that this was a method that could help me. I began to study it despite my doubts and failing health. I gradually got rid of my fears and anxieties and started to deal with my old traumas. In short, I got to know my soul (psyche, inner world) and began to heal it.
In my research and experimentation, I did not limit myself to psychophonetics, but increasingly used it for myself and to help others. I also led and co-led workshops, had clients from different countries, contributed my research at psychophonetics conferences, wrote a professional paper comparing psychophonetics and the TRE method.
I keep an open mind and am ready to challenge my own opinions as long as I feel it can move me closer to the truth.
