Description
This workshop will offer an introduction to the principles of psycho-somatic interconnectivity and an exploration of the human constitution as an integrative life process. By engaging with psychosomatic skills such as sensing, gesture, visualization, and sound, we will enhance our inner listening and deepen our connection with the body and overall life experience.
