(part of seminar 1.2 of Foundation Year of Psychophonetics, Skola Empatie, Slovakia)

Mira and Yehuda Tagar are directors and teachers of counselling at Skola Empatie. They are also Psychophonetics counsellors in private practice, both individually and together, with individuals and couples who are struggling within their relationships.

They have been doing this work for a long time and in this time they have continued to see mature people in their best years, highly intelligent, highly professional, highly skilled in many ways, in good physical and mental health, with good hearts, deep and loving souls and pure intentions who are hopelessly stuck in dysfunctional relationships with partners who they love and are committed to.

Why?

Because they cannot really See each other – and therefore they do not feel seen; because they cannot Hear each other – and therefore they do not feel heard; because they do not really Know each other, and therefore they do not feel known – all with the person closest to them with whom they have made a life long commitment.

And, what is worse – they don’t even know that they do not see, hear and know one another. All this while they have assumed that they do.

Yet

Empathy can be taught, trained methodically, and evolve progressively by any one of goodwill. Doing so can save relationships, marriages, families, and parenthood. At Skola Empatie we practise and train counsellors in Methodical Empathy. It enables men and women to come closer to understanding their partner’s reality.

It enables everyone to See, Hear and Know their partners.

Program
