ABOUT ME
Life arranged it in such a way that I gradually specialized in supporting and empowering women: in motherhood, during childbirth, in relationships, in their inner authority. In my counseling practice, I help female clients, and sometimes also clients, to recover and move especially in the following areas: childhood trauma, postpartum trauma, coping with emotions in parenthood, difficult relationships, relationship with the body and sexuality, coping with and recovering from divorce or separation , treatment of past decisions and i. Counseling allows me to be there for people as they discover their own truth, power and ability to heal themselves and transform their life struggles to become more of who they came here to be. In the School of Empathy, you can also find me in the role of teacher and translator. In addition, I work in a high school as a teacher of English, conversation and translation. I am a mother of two teenage girls. Teaching and healing are in my genes. I feel the best in moments when I can appreciate life for the smallest, yet most important joys it brings us.
