As the covid 19 pandemic is gripping human civilization worldwide speculations about its deep cause abound. A whole plethora of scientific, semi-scientific and anti-scientific theories circulate, none of them seems to help in stopping the pandemic and its causes. Millions are being vaccinated everyday but no one knows for sure the effectiveness of this one solution against this ever-mutating virus. Effective remedies are still being explored, while the world's economical, social, cultural and educational life are catastrophically disrupted and destroyed. Uncertainty is the only certainty worldwide.

In another previous article ‘The Three Sacrifices’ I outlined the possible transforming of thinking, feeling and willing into the empathic perceptive powers of Imagination, Inspiration and Intuition. In the part focusing on the transformation of the will into intuitive perception, I gave the example of transforming defensive reaction into intuitive perception of another person, instead of reacting to his/her reaction to you.

The idea of coaching and the idea of deep psychological transformation are usually a contradiction: coaching is considered by-and-large to be a short term intervention for improving performance in some field of life or work, intended for very functional people who want to be more successful; on the other hand the psychological intervention required for deep transformation is normally called psychotherapy: it is assumed to be long term, often open-ended therapeutic process, intended for people who are troubled in some area of their life, and creating deep relationship between practitioner and client. These popular notions are hard to change, even though many coaches intend to go deep and many psychotherapists intend to improve performance in a relatively short term.

In the previous two articles about ‘Chakras of Empathy’ I described the role of the further development of the Throat Centre as the foundation of Imaginative Perception and the role of the further development of the Heart Centre as the foundation of ‘Inspirative Perception’. This article is focused on the further development of the Solar Plexus centre as the foundation of ‘Intuitive Perception’

Empathy is the future of humanity, if humanity has a future. The human individual ‘I’ will not stop dominating the human soul and society. The old, given harmony between people in their tribes and with nature will continue to disintegrate. If it will not be replaced by a new capacity of mutual understanding and care of each other – egotism will inevitably dominate. That would lead to an assured destruction. A new capacity of human understanding is required. That is Methodical Empathy.

Some fundamental aspects of personal self-image and attitudes to relationship that are formed in adolescence stay the same for life. They become incorporated into one’s operational personality and they are very resistant to change. The symptoms that express them can be very disturbing, anti-social and destructive, limiting the full expression of people’s innate potential for fulfilling personal, relationship and professional life.
